Commencement Children’s Therapy is currently hiring for a full time COTA/L, starting part time August 2026 and increasing to full time with our planned move to a larger facility. 

 

Compensation includes:

- Hourly rate based on experience and education

- Health benefits offered for staff who work over 32 hours a week

- Hour of paid administration time each day and paid collaboration time built into bi-weekly schedule with other therapists

- $300 Continuing education each year

- Paid sick time and paid time off, one hour earned for 40 hours worked 

- Some paid holidays, some non-paid closures (closed the week of Christmas, week of 4th of July)
